Yolande and Christian and their delicious farmhouse goat cheese

Gautier goat farm

Yolande and Christian run a small farm with 50 goats and 100 sheep.

They artisanally produce goat cheese that we have the pleasure of serving at the restaurant. It's a typical product from the Cévennes region.

All the milk is transformed into farmhouse cheese right on the premises.

You can treat yourself and buy the products directly at the farm every day between 9 am and 6 pm (except Sundays).

Also, don't hesitate to taste the honey and dried mushrooms produced and gathered by Christian, just 5 minutes from Florac!
